As the year turns toward its quietest, most introspective moment, you’re invited to a deeply nourishing Winter Solstice Yoga & Shiatsu Wellbeing session - a unique blend of mindful movement and hands-on energetic healing.
This special session weaves together the grounding practice of Hatha Yoga with the restorative touch of Shiatsu, creating a harmonious experience designed to release tension, awaken inner warmth, and align your body with the natural rhythm of the season.
What to expect
🌿 Yoga: Relaxing postures and gentle stretches to open up your body targeting specific meridians (energetic pathways), improve flexibility, calm your nervous system, and create space for renewal.
🤲 Shiatsu | Acupressure: A Japanese massage therapy that uses acupressure and gentle touch to release tension and promote the free flow of energy throughout your body, to improve overall vitality and wellbeing.
🌙 Seasonal intention setting as we welcome the returning light.
💆 Deep relaxation to integrate body, mind, and spirit.

More about Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese therapeutic technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), where acupressure is applied to balance the flow of energy (chi) in the body, without the use of needles. In this session, it works in harmony with a Hatha-inspired Yoga practice, focusing on gentle postures and breathing to target specific energy channels (meridians).

What To Expect
This will be a morning dedicated to the most important person in your life - YOU!
It will be a blend of the practices of (Hatha) Yoga, Shiatsu, yogic breathing techniques and meditation.
It is a morning aimed to deeply nourish yourself, and my aim is for you to leave feeling better in your physical body, but also emotionally and mentally. You will have the opportunity to release stress, activating the "rest and digest" branch of your nervous system. This is where healing, rest and renewal happens.
